| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术和网络环境的变化，在社会化服务需求的驱动下，图书情报组织及其业务也随之发生变化，从而提出了图书情报组织变革问题。在组织变革中，图书情报机构组织模式、业务拓展、管理创新和包括人力资源和信息资源在内的资源要素整合值得专门关注。面向这些实际问题的研究，是文章的出发点。

| Abstract: | The organization and business of library and intormation change with the development of information technology and web environment and the requirement of socialization service, therefore, the problem of organization transformation of library and information is put forward. In the organization transformation, we should put attention on the organizing mode of library and information institute, business development, management innovation, and the integration of resources factors including human resources and information resources. This paper starts with the research of these practical problems. |
