| 摘 要： | 新时期中年女性馆员是影响图书馆事业发展的重要群体。步入中年，她们面临着各种压力与挑战，不免会产生困扰，这些困扰又构成中年女性馆员进步的障碍。本文浅析了她们的心理困惑，指出管理者应如何帮助她们面对生活的挑战，但解决问题的关键是靠自己。

| Abstract: | The middle-aged woman librarian in the new period is the important colony who influences the development of the library.It's the mainstay of the library.Steping into middle aged,they are confronted with much challenge and drang from their body,undertaking and family.These puzzlements stop their steps.Their psychological wilderness is analyzed in this article.It suggests the managers of the library how to help them to face the challenge of life.Meanwhile,it points out that the key of settling their problems is depending on theirself. |
