| 摘 要： | 文章首先论述了中关电子政务发展的现状，接着论述了我国与美国电子政务发展的相同点——都有专门的组织机构和明确的行动计划，都是以“客户为中心”的服务模式，都有门户网站的建设和其发展普遍与政府改革相联系等。最后论述了我国与美国电子政务发展的不同点——基础设施方面，政府网站内容及形式方面，计算机普及率和互联网使用普及率方面以度电子政务在立法方面的差异等等。
