| Abstract: | Notice soliciting contributions of newspapers and periodicals offices is non-firm offer,it has no binding force of law to author.The Copyright Law of the Peoples Republic of China prohibits that one article to be contributed time after time.If one article is adopted repeatedly as a result of being contributed time after time,the author should undertake corresponding responsibility of the law according to the case. |
