摘    要:以高校图书馆绩效评估体系结构为切入点,综合分析影响绩效评估有效性的因素,提出在绩效评估的建立和实施过程中应以人本观视野反思绩效评估理念、内容和方式方法,建立以满足人的全面发展需要为出发点的高校图书馆绩效评估系统,不断提高图书馆科学管理水平.

Abstract:Starting from the structure of performance evaluation system of university library, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of performance evaluation, and puts forward that human - oriented view should be taken to review the idea, content and style and methods of performance evaluation, so as to establish a performance evaluation system that satisfies the needs of overall development of human for university library, and constantly improve the scientific managing level of library.
