| Abstract: | Starting from the structure of performance evaluation system of university library, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of performance evaluation, and puts forward that human - oriented view should be taken to review the idea, content and style and methods of performance evaluation, so as to establish a performance evaluation system that satisfies the needs of overall development of human for university library, and constantly improve the scientific managing level of library. |
