| 摘 要： | 通过对公共决策本质与图书馆社会职能的历史分析，指出图书馆是公共决策系统的有机组成部分，为公共决策服务是图书馆社会职能的体现，认为图书馆在公共决策过程中担当着重要角色，为公共决策提供服务是图书馆历史的传承与发展，并提出了改进我国图书馆为公共决策服务的一些措施。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the nature of public decision-making and the historical social function of library, this article suggests library functions as a major component of the public decision-making system, to provide service for the public decision-making is required by both public decision-making and library. The author summarizes the history, current status, and future directions of how library serves public decision-making and proposes a series of approaches that enable Chinese libraries to improve their services for the public decision-making. |
