| 摘 要： | 为研究中文学术论文下载次数与语言学特征的关系,文章以图书情报学领域被CSSCI收录的7种期刊发表于2014-2017年的6,257篇学术论文为研究对象,选用8个语言学特征指标测度高下载论文(Top 20%)、低下载论文(Bottom 20%)和全体论文的语言学特征。从中值和均值来看,各期刊高下载论文的标题长度几乎都小于总体论文和低下载论文,摘要词汇多样性、正文长度、正文句子长度和正文词汇多样性整体上大于总体论文和低下载论文。从显著性检验结果来看,整体上未通过显著性检验,但特定平台特定期刊的特定语言学特征指标通过了显著性检验。从样本数据来看,整体上语言学特征对中文学术论文下载次数影响很小,但在特定平台特定期刊语言学特征具有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Views and downloads of academic journal articles have become important supplementary indicators of scholarly impact.It is assumed that linguistic characteristics may have an influence on article views and downloads to some extent.To understand the relationship between linguistic characteristics and article downloads,this study has selected 6,257 full-text articles published from 2014 to 2017 in seven LIS journals indexed by CSSCI and made use of eight indicators,i.e.title length,total length,sentence length and lexical diversity of abstract,and total length,paragraph length,sentence length and lexical diversity of full-text,to measure the linguistic characteristics of articles.Articles are grouped into categories of the top 20%downloaded(regarded as highly downloaded articles),all articles downloaded and the bottom 20%downloaded.Calculating the median and mean,title length of the top 20%is shorter than all articles and the bottom 20%.Lexical diversity of abstract,and total length,sentence length and lexical diversity of full-text of the top 20%are longer or higher than all articles and the bottom 20%in general.From the perspective of statistical significance,linguistic characteristics do not pass the significance tests generally.But some linguistic characteristics pass the significance tests in specific journals and platforms.The authors conclude that for the data set most linguistic characteristics play little roles in article downloads,but some linguistic characteristics,e.g.title length and lexical diversity of abstract,play certain roles in specific journals and platforms.Therefore,linguistic characteristics of highly downloaded articles in some journals and platforms do exist. |
