| 摘 要： | 文章选取首批全国乡村旅游重点村作为样本,以产品三层次理论为指导,通过网络调研获取特色文化资源、公共文化设施、文化创意产品、文化旅游活动、服务营销网络等维度的乡村公共文化建设数据,总结实践特点,分析困境成因,提出发展路径:在核心产品层面注重保护乡村传统文化资源,凝聚乡村文化特色;在形式产品层面加强文化设施设计,丰富公共文化活动形式;在附加产品层面扩展文化旅游宣传渠道,提供精准化信息服务,促进乡村公共文化与旅游融合发展。

| Abstract: | Philip Kotler once suggested that products could be divided into three levels,i.e.,core products,actual products and augmented products,which is called as“Three Levels of Products”.Guided by Philip Kotler’thoughts,and by means of Internet survey,this paper collects the data of rural public cultural construction of the first batch of National rural tourism key villages,focusing on featured cultural resources,public cultural facilities,creative cultural products,cultural tourism activities,and service marketing networks.It then summarizes the practical characteristics,analyzes the difficulties,and proposes some possible development paths,aiming to promote the integrated development of rural public culture and tourism.As for core products,it is necessary to focus on the protection and congregation of rural traditional cultural resources.As for actual products,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of cultural facilities,and to enrich public cultural activities.As for augmented products,it is necessary to expand cultural tourism promotion channels,and to provide more precise information services. |
