| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆在著作权保护方面遇到了新的问题。对此，我们必须辩证地加以分析：一方面要遵循著作权法的规定，保护着权利人的利益，而另一方面又要协调好权利人和社会公众利益的平衡。通过规范合理使用的规定，限制权利人，有助于促进数字图书馆的发展，最终保护社会公众的利益。

| Abstract: | A new problem has appeared in the copyright protection of digital library, which should be analyzed dialectically. On the one hand, we should obey the rules and regulations of copyright law, protecting the writers'advantages. On the other hand, we should keep the balance of the interests between the writers and the public. Regulating fair use and restricting writers will do good to the development of the digital library and preserve the public interests in the end. |
