| Abstract: | The paper intends to discuss the origin, development, types of the academic information sharing and open access, and the idea of intellectual freedora. Rased on the discussion, the paper explores the influence of the Open Access Movements on the trend of university development and the strategies adopted by university libraries for the Open Aecess Movements, in which way the university libraries can play an active role in the Open Access Movements. |
