| 摘 要： | 图书馆在开展网上信息服务过程中，应增强著作权保护意识，熟悉蓍作权保护的相关法律和规定。网上信息下载和纸质文献数字化是网络环境两种主要有复制形式，文章分析与这两种复制形式相关的著作权保护法规，并就馆藏文献数字化时的著作权保护提出自己的想法。

| Abstract: | In the course of information services in the internet,librarians should make stronger of the ideas on copyright protection,and have an inimate knowledge of the related laws and rules.Downloading information and numeralization are two main forms of reproduction in the internet.This paper analyses the laws on copyright protection related with the aboved forms,and puts forword suggestions on numeralization of library documents. |
