| 摘 要： | 设置固定借阅期限和采取经济处罚措施是目前我国图书馆普遍采用的借阅制度，长期以来，固定借阅期限设置的科学性和合理性以及经济处罚措施的合法性和目的性一直受到读者质疑和非议，建立一种保障读者最大平等借阅权的合法合情合理的人性化的借阅制度，是图书馆服务和管理工作的迫切要求。文章从设置弹性借阅期限和改革超期处罚措施两方面对建立人性化的借阅制度进行探讨。
