| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the definition and characters of tacit knowledge and its effects on library work, holding the view that in order to get the library work well done, tacit knowledge of librarians should be laid stress on. At the same time the means by which tacit knowledge can be obtained and transmitted are also discussed. |
