| 摘 要： | 文章基于感知示能性视角并结合公众科学的特有属性和任务特征,分析国外公众科学平台的界面功能和交互体验,并针对3种类型的公众科学项目来梳理平台在不同感知示能性上的共性和特性。在此基础上,以3种公众科学项目平台(蛋白质折叠游戏、星系动物园和边沁手稿转录)为案例,对其界面功能和交互体验进行对比分析。研究发现:3类公众科学项目平台在感知示能性设计准则上存在共性和特性;不同类型的公众科学项目平台由于任务特性的不同,平台界面功能选择和交互体验存在差异;公众科学项目平台除了在社交与用户隐私功能设计上存在进一步拓展的空间,还应考虑平台游戏化元素的设计。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of perceived affordance and combining the unique attributes and task characteristics of citizen science,this paper analyzes the interface and interactive characteristics of the international citizen science platforms,and summarizes differences and similarities of the perceived affordances according to three types of citizen science projects.Followed this,it conducts a comparative analysis on the platform interface features and user experiences of three types of citizen science platforms,namely Foldit,Galaxyzoo and Transcribe Bentham.The results show that:(1)the three types of citizen science platforms have different design principles from the perspective of perceived affordance;(2)there are discrepancies in functions and interactive experiences due to various task characteristics among these citizen science platforms;(3)there is a pressing need to improve the gamification design of citizen science platform as well as the social function and user privacy issues.The study contributes to the literature on the perceived affordance in the citizen science context,and further yields some practical implications for the user experience design of citizen science platforms in China. |
