| 摘 要： | 对于图书馆管理而言,人本管理既是一种思想理念,又是一种管理方法.由于人本管理的核心在于尊重人、关心人,以实现人的价值为目标,因而图书馆人本管理的对象包括馆员和用户两类;其内涵是以人为中心来配置管理资源,培植管理与服务的人文精神,以馆员的价值为管理的基础,以用户需求的差别化满足和公平自由的机制为服务的目标;由此而体现出图书馆人本管理的特征:以馆员的自我管理为主、建立健康的民主机制、以用户为本的管理与服务、图书馆与馆员和用户的共同发展.
