| Abstract: | Under the circumstance of the internet, permission for the application is a useful way to solve the use and management of digital library electronic magazines. Initiating from the copyright of the electronic magazines, the paper discusses the objective and subjective relation of electronic magazines, dissertates the main problem on permission for use of digital library electronic magazines and its countermeasures. |
