| 摘 要： | 社区图书馆对社区人文环境的培育具有重要作用.针对部分城市社区的实证研究表明,影响居民参与社区图书馆的因素包括个人资源分配、参与动机、社区氛围和图书馆服务等,因此可从构建网上图书馆、优化社区氛围、丰富社区图书馆功能和提升服务质量等入手,提高居民的参与度,最大化社区学习资源的价值.
