摘    要:文章探讨了传统旅游业与网络环境下旅游产业对旅游消费者信息需求的满足程度的变迁。分别论述了网络环境下旅游代理商、供应商、政府管理部门为旅游消费者提供全方位、多元化、个性化信息服务的举措,以最大限度地满足旅游消费者的需求,从而把握我国旅游业生存与发展的关键。

Abstract:This article discusses the evolution of satisfying the need of information of the tourist consumers in the traditional tourist industry and in the tourist industry in the internet context. It addresses various all-encompassing, pluralist and customized measures that tourist agencies, tourist providers and regulatory authorities may adopt in the internet context to satisfy the demands of tourist consumers to the largest extent, so as to understand the key issues of the subsistence and development of the tourist industry in our country.
