| Abstract: | Through analysis of the current situation of labor worker’s lecture literature,and the investigation of the demand for lecture,and the practices of lectures which have been holding for labor workers by Bao’an Library,this essay specifies that considerable emphasis should be placed on the need for subject、the standard for selecting speaker、the flexibility in time schedule and the diversified ways for publicity and advertising,together with the implement of linkage services. |
