| 摘 要： | 学术论文被引可以为学术论文质量的判定提供依据。论文以部分情报学刊物中被引缺失的论文为研究对象,以《中国引文数据库》网络版为统计源,从数量比例、篇均引文率、被引缺失论文的基金论文分布、被引缺失论文的研究主题等视角进行了对比分析,认为期刊的被引缺失论文指标应纳入期刊评价体系,并从稿源选择、学术研究规范培育、期刊间合作等视角提出提高期刊质量的相关建议。

| Abstract: | To a certain extent,the citation analysis can be used as a basis for judgment on academic papers quality.Regarding some information science journals as the research subject,the paper analyzes the features of no cited articles in these journals based on "China Citation Database".The analysis indexes of no cited articles include: the quantity of articles,citation rate of per article,the distribution of found articles,the research themes et al.At last,the paper proposes some suggestion,they are as following: attracting contributions of high quality,training norms of academic research,Promoting journals cooperation. |
