摘    要:图书馆服务的对象是读者,满足读者的需求是图书馆的终极目标。因此,图书馆的价值体现在为读者服务的绩效上。文章着眼于新的社会需求变化,从阅读管理的特点方面,对图书馆如何创新性地开展阅读管理进行探讨。

Abstract:Library services is targeted at readers.The ultimate goal of libraries is meeting the needs of readers.Therefore,the value of library is reflected in the performance of services for readers.In this paper,based on new features of public demands,changes in demand characteristics of readers was analyzed.How the library carries out innovative personalized services was discussed.A new way of service,reading management,was proposed.And at last,initial implementation of the program was given.
