| 摘 要： | 以大量的史实，证明了两汉是我国文献学的奠基时期。从两汉历代重视文献的收集与整理，到取得了文献学的累累成果；司马迁系统整理西汉文献成中华千古第一部通史－－《史记》；刘氏父子编《七略》开我国古典目录学之先河；东汉班固著《汉志》成我国史志目录之鼻祖；郑玄遍注群经等，都体现了两汉文献学的发展与成就。

| Abstract: | Basing on a host of historical facts,the paper proves that, the Western and the Eastern Han Era are the foudation period for philology of our country. Either by the fact that they took serious concern on collecting and collating documents, or from the fruitful achievements of philology had been made, we can find out the development and achievements of philology in the two Han era. |
