| 摘 要： | 人物数据库的收录范围分为人物收录标准和人物信息收录范围。与人物数据库建库有关的人物信息属性有：生物性人物信息、社会性人物信息和精神性人物信息；人物自身信息与人物相关信息；事实揭示性人物信息和评价性人物信息等。人物信息素材选择要素包括人物、人物信息、建库目的、服务对象，信息质量保证和建库能力6个方面。人物数据库存在2个信息主题取向：人物自身信息取向，专题信息取向。以此为X、Y轴，人物数据库主题分布在三个象限内。第一象限最理想，但需要在投入与产出之间取得一个可行的平衡点。

| Abstract: | The coverage of people data base includes collection standard and coverage of people's information.The attributes of people's information in relation to the construction of people data base are :biological, social and spiritual people's information ; information about people oneself and information concerned ; facts information and evaluation information, etc.The key elements of choosing the materials include : people, people's information, aim of construction, object for service, guarantee of information quality and ability of construction.The orientation about information theme are people oneself information orientation and special subject information orientation.If we take the above orientation as X and Y axes, the people data base theme will be distributed in 3 quadrant.The first quadrant is ideal, but a workable balance between investment and production is needed. |
