| Abstract: | This article discusses the relationship between electronic government and informationalization system construction. It reviews the evolution of E - government in advanced economies and in China, and discusses the key factors of E - government construction. It further makes proposals and suggests measures that help to enhance E - government construction and improve informationalization in Guangzhou. |
