| 摘 要： | 文章认为版权的限制与反限制仍然是维持数字技术环境中版权人、图书馆、读者之间利益平衡的基本原则，从合理使用、授权许可、法定许可、强制许可四个方面就解决数字图书馆版权问题的协调模式做了论述。

| Abstract: | The paper insists on that,limitation and counter limitation of copyright are still the basic principle for the maintenance of interest balance among copyright owners,libraries and readers in the age of digital technology.The paper discusses the solution for co ordination of the copyright of digital library from four aspects as proper use,authorized permit,legal permit and forced permit. |
