| 摘 要： | 公益讲座已逐渐发展成为公共图书馆核心业务工作,而听众是讲座工作的生命与意义所在,了解听众并根据听众需要发展与完善讲座工作是每一个讲座工作者都必须思考的问题.文章根据深圳南山图书馆十年来公益讲座听众调查问卷,对听众群体构成、讲座信息传递、讲座影响力、听众需求进行了分析,为了解听众提供了第一手资料.
