| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of published literature, book and report about information resouree management, this paper reviews the research progress on information resource management abroad from 1995 to 2005. It shows that information resource management has made progress in the ten years. Especially, those researches about knowledge management, the organization and retrieval of network resource and digital resource, information system, information network, user behavior, information policy and law have been greatly developed. |
