处理读者违规行为之我见

摘    要:文章认为读者在图书馆的违规行为可以分为合同违约和侵权两种,最主要的是合同违约.对没造成经济损失的合同违约的处分应该坚持教育读者,达到提高读者社会公德水准和文明程度的最终目的.

Abstract:In this paper,it is considered that the phenomena of getting of line in university libraries could be divided into two parts:breach activity and liability for civil activities according to the civil law.The breach activity is especially severe.So when someone happens to get out of line but does not make any harm to the economy in the incident,the librarians should insist in teaching the readers.The main aims to raise their social morality and the civilized level.
