| 摘 要： | 探讨了图书馆精神在新时期的新内涵，指出图书馆精神除了强调社会本位的价值取向外，还应该以人为本，倡导对图书馆工作者的人文关怀。作者还对图书馆精神的特定时代意义提出了自己的看法，提出在图书馆工作实践中弘扬图书馆精神的重要性。
