| Abstract: | This paper explains the urgent need of positioning the middle or small - sized libraries in college by analyzing their competitiveness, and then found their competition model. Lastly, the author takes the libraries of public security universities as case, demonstrate how to position these libraries in the network environment by developing differentiated competition strategies. |
