| 摘 要： | 在新的社会经济环境下，图书馆的管理方法已由以机械的非人性的规章制度为酝的管理模式转变为注重知识交注，发挥人的主动创造性精神，以培育和发展优透的人性化的人力资源管理，本文结构知识经济时代的特点，就图书馆人力资源管理如何人性化进行了探讨。
