摘    要:指出当前我国图书馆的人力资源状况是一种结构性短缺,从社会因素、管理体制、专业教育和继续教育等方面分析了状况的成因。提出要实施人才战略,通过体制创新吸引人力、稳定队伍,大力发展图情专业研究生教育、继续教育和职业培训,优化人力资源结构。

Abstract:The paper points out that a structural shortage of human resource is existing in libraries across the country due to the situations of social factors,managing systems,professional training and further education at present.The paper also puts forward that the system should be innovated to attract elevated personnel and stabilize current labor forces,postgraduate programs in library information and intelligence,further education and vocational training should be developed,and personnel structure should be optimized.
