| 摘 要： | 县级图书馆的信息服务是从传统封闭型服务逐步走向现代开放型的科学创新服务。必须确立“以人为本”的科学发展观，明确信息服务的主体内容和基本原则是满足用户和读者需求的定位服务，通过开拓和创新传统型服务，创立发展以互联网为平台的服务手段等方法，拓展新的服务对象和空间，运用多种方式方法搞好用户和读者的满意服务。

| Abstract: | The information service in countylevel libraries has developed itself into a new and modern and open style with scientific innovation from its traditionally isolated manner.It must be made clear that information service mainly includes the defined service of satisfying the customers and readers' requirements, which is also our basic principle.By expanding and renovating traditional service, with the establishment of the platform of internet, we are sure to develop new service possibilities and find new groups of customers and to provide them with excellent service. |
