| 摘 要： | 分析了当前高职高专成人院校图书馆文献资源建设中存在的问题及原因，指出要改变此种落后局面．必须以实现资源共享为目标，对文献资源整合和优化，并就文献资源优化策略提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The paper tries to analyze the existing problems and their causes in developing the library document resources in the technical and vocational colleges as well as the colleges for adults, pointing out that the above colleges should seek to restructure and optimize the document resources with the goal of information sharing if they want to put an end to the current backward situation . And some advice and suggestions are given concerning the document resources optimization strategy . |
