| 摘 要： | 志愿者是公共图书馆可利用的重要资源与宝贵财富,具有无可替代的积极作用.图书馆应对其进行有效组织、管理和充分激励.由于志愿者的特征,公共图书馆志愿者管理与激励具有很大的挑战性,存在着不少的问题.管理和激励图书馆志愿者应该从建立专门的管理组织、制定规范的管理制度、建立有效的的招募和培训机制、开发多层次的服务项目、完善激励机制和建立人才资源库等方面入手.
