| 摘 要： | 介绍了美国数字图书馆预研工程，数字图书馆试验基地建设和各种资源共享网络的建设，以及中国数字图书馆工程、中国高等教育文献保障体系等项目的建设情况，从组织协调工作，网络和信息资源建设及数字图书馆技术等方面比较分析了中美数字图书馆发展状况，指出我国数字图书馆建设存在的问题及应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the Digital Library Initiative (DLI) of America,the experimental centers of the digital library and information sharing networks in America,and the development situation of China Digital Library Project(CDLP),China Academic Library & Information System (CALIS),etc.The comparative analysis is carried out from the aspects of organization and coordination,network and information resource construction,and digital library technology.The existing problems and future development strategies of China are pointed out. |
