| Abstract: | This paper introduces the guideline and detailed procedure of the recent post assignment reform in the Xi'an Jiaotong University Library, during which has implemented the classified post management,established the post scientifically and described the post in detail, and combined the title comment and post assignment in the practice. Finally, it appoints several questions, which should process to carry on the discussion. |
