| Abstract: | The establishment of the new Southeast University has provided opportunities for the complete merging of its libraries. The key of the merging is to set the right direction and to choose the right methods. The merging is a process of unifying ideologies, organizational structures and the standards of technological requirements. It is also the process of reforming its operational mechanism and its management system. It directly effects the library development in the long run and therefore needs substantial discussion. |
