| 摘 要： | 《图书馆权利研究》一书着重从读者公平、自由利用图书馆资源的角度,对图书馆权利进行了阐述,全书结构严谨,内容新颖丰富,基础理论坚实,资料宏富,语言明快。书中首先引证各类国际宣言对图书馆权利给出了中肯的界定,对于图书馆权利的研究,不仅借鉴了国外的案例,而且结合我国现有实际提出了新的构想。

| Abstract: | The book titled Study of library rights elaborates on Library rights,with focuses on the perspective of the fair use of and free access to the library of users.The book has a rigorous structure and is rich in basic theory.It is also characterized with new content and rich material.In the beginning,the book cited various international declarations,which give apropos definition of library right.The research about library right not only draws on the experience of foreign countries,but also puts forward the new conception with China's existing practice. |
