| 摘 要： | 电子资源是图书馆文献资源的重要组成部分。电子资源建设在图书馆资源建设中处于十分重要的地位。电子资源建设政策是电子资源建设工作的指南和依据。该文分析了近几年国外图书馆电子资源建设政策的现状,总结国外图书馆电子资源建设政策采取的4种模式及其特点,探讨了电子资源建设政策的主要内容,并结合我国实际提出了我国图书馆建立电子资源建设政策的策略。

| Abstract: | Electronic collection is an integral part of library collection, and electronic collection development is at the center of library collection development. Policy for electronic collection development serves as the guideline and standard for electronic collection development. This paper analyzes the current status of electronic collection policies in some foreign libraries in recent years. Four models of electronic collection development and their characteristics are discussed, and the main contents of the electronic collection policies are outlined. Based above, strategies on developing policy of electronic collection development in China are proposed. |
