| 摘 要： | 图书馆馆藏中存在着大量的仍处于版权保护期但不再重印的绝版(Out-of-print)图书。分析了在现行法律法规框架下图书馆绝版馆藏数字化与公益性服务的合法性问题,提出了解决版权许可的主要策略。

| Abstract: | There is a large amount of out-of-print collections in the libraries. This paper analyses the legal issues of the digitization and free service on the web of the out-of-print collections in the Chinese libraries under the framework of the current copyright law and regulations. It then puts forward the strategies of getting copyright permissions from the right holders. |
