| 摘 要： | 在分析现有中文图书书商服务评价指标体系的相关研究基础上,依据建立指标体系的原则,调研8所高校图书馆中文图书采购中标书商的服务情况后,用层次分析法确定书商服务的主要评价指标。提出建立判定指标体系的数学模型,并用此方法对同济大学图书馆中标书商的服务评价进行实证研究。最后用专家预测法对该数学模型进行了修正分析,以建立科学的书商服务综合评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the research of the evaluation target system for Chinese book supplier services and investigation of book supplier services in eight University libraries,this paper confirms main evaluation Target based on the AHP. The paper constitutes the math mode of the evaluation target system and studies the services evaluation target system of book supplier in Tongji university library. Finally,the paper re-analyses the math mode to constitute the evaluation target system for book supplier services according to Delphi. |
