| 摘 要： | 1977年后,我国的高等教育进入了快速发展时期,大量与高校图书馆建设直接或间接相关的国家高等教育政策规范着高校图书馆的发展。该文在对这些政策进行溯源和归类的基础上,总结了我国高等教育四个发展阶段中高校图书馆发展的不同特征。
