| 摘 要： | 图书馆员伦理就是图书馆员在履行职责的过程中应该遵循的价值取向与行为规范的总和。图书馆员伦理属于职业伦理或专业伦理范畴。图书馆员伦理是一种责任伦理,图书馆员所履行的责任是一种为他责任。责任伦理理论和为他责任理论应该成为新时期考察图书馆员伦理问题的新视角。

| Abstract: | Librarians' ethics are the values and codes of conduct that librarians should obey in the performance of their duties.Librarians' ethics belong to the professional ethics.Librarians' ethics are a kind of ethics of responsibility,and the responsibilities librarians take are the responsibilities to others.The theory on ethics of responsibility and the theory on the responsibility to others should be the new perspective to study librarians' ethics in the new era. |
