| Abstract: | This paper analyses the characteristics of e-book reader and discusses the recent development of e-book industry and its impacts on acquisition, cataloging, preservation and circulation in libraries. It concludes that the digitization of full-text books and the management and service of e-books will be the important tasks of digital library development in the near future. |
