| Abstract: | Knowledge management is a new management model in knowledge economy.Many libraries pay great attention on knowledge management in library virtual reference application.This paper describes the contents of library knowledge management,the relationship between knowledge management and library virtual reference.It uses three examples to highlight the application of knowledge management in the Peking University Library Virtual Reference,and brings forward suggestion to the future development. |
