| 摘 要： | 国内文献提供机构不断壮大,影响力不断提高,随之出现的版权风险、营运危机已经开始不断影响机构和服务的自身发展。该文为国内的文献提供机构提出一个知识产权解决方案的框架,同时以该框架为基础为CASHL提出应对措施,保障其可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Since Domestic Document Supply institutions are growing constantly and increasing their influence,the copyright risk and operational crisis have begun to affect the development of institutions and services.This paper provides a framework of intellectual property solution for these institutions.The corresponding measures for CASHL based on the framework are put forward,so that CASHL can safeguard its sustainable development. |
