| 摘 要： | 以北京大学昌平储存馆两年多的管理和服务为基础,探讨国内高校异地建立的储存图书馆服务和管理模式。储存馆的服务是委托返还式、书刊一体化的异地借阅服务。因此,书库的管理以最大限度利用空间为目标,打破传统的按分类排架,按照开本大小排列;服务中采用多种方式满足读者文献需求;为方便读者,多部门协作共同做好管理与服务。在确定馆藏方面,坚持以读者使用量为主多种方式为补充的原则。

| Abstract: | This article discusses management and service style of off-site depositary libraries of universities based upon the two and half years' operation of Changping depositary library of Peking University.Depositary library provides off-site and per-request borrowing service for both books and periodicals.Therefore,stack management should aim to maximize storage spaces by changing shelving method from traditional classification-based method to the one based on document size.Meanwhile,multiple services should be provided to satisfy the reader's needs;various departments should cooperate in management and service for readers' convenience.And finally,we propose to target collection for depositary library with the principle of Quantity-first with complement from various means. |
