| Abstract: | The paper discusses the development of the Open Access model,analyzes the implications of OA movement to university libraries and discusses the development strategies of university libraries in the OA environment,with the purpose of rendering university libraries more adaptive to the changes in the academic exchange models and thereby consolidating such positions of libraries as centers of knowledge exchange. |
