| 摘 要： | 智慧图书馆不仅是对图书馆在技术应用层面上的提升,而且也是对图书馆精神与服务理念的继承与发展。研究智慧图书馆非技术建设策略能够有效构建智慧图书馆的人文服务体系,避免重技术、轻人文的问题。本文以智慧图书馆研究现状为切入点,在分析智慧图书馆技术的基础上,从构建合理资源分类体系、完善管理制度、参与开发过程、重视人才队伍建设、杜绝跟风建设等角度,构建了智慧图书馆非技术建设策略,以期为相关研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | The smart library is not only the promotion of the library in the technical application level,but also the inheritance and development of the existing library spirit and service concept.Studying the non-technical construction strategy of the smart library can effectively build the humanistic service system of the smart library and avoid the problem of technology over humanity.Based on the research status of the smart library and the analysis of the smart library technology,the paper has constructed strategies such as constructing a reasonable resource classification system,perfecting the management system,participating in the development process,attaching importance to the construction of the talent team,and eliminating the construction of the follow-up,in order to provide reference for relevant research. |
